More Phun with Photoshop
Eric departs the scene of his crime, while Christy shows off at the local BMX track.
His BEST game yet….
Eric really played well on Saturday. He made a textbook corner kick, complete with a nice high arc, dropping it right in front of the goal. His team mates didn’t capitalize on the opportunity, but still it was a beautiful chip shot. He went on to score his very first goal later in the game. All this earned him the “outstanding player” pin for this game. I am incredibly proud.
Backyard Light Show
“Hey, kids. Go run around the backyard with these sparklers while dad plays with a new setting on his camera.”
“Punch Buggy (enter color here)!!”
So this one is the latest thing we do. Apparently the kids have learned about something called the “Punch Buggy” game. Allow me to explain: when one of the little rodents sees a Volkswagen Beetle, they punch us while exclaiming “Punch Buggy (enter color here)!!” This has since been expanded to “Punch Buggy (enter color here) – No punch backs!!” It’s a wonder we haven’t been in an accident yet. Sigh.
Star gazing
Eric, Nigel, and Mars…with some help from Pixelmator. Maybe Eric’s grandkids will colonize Mars. For now he just needs to make his bed.

Christy is all for the camera, whereas Eric is not. I was lucky to get this shot off, right before Eric bolted. I must say these two clean up nicely, and just in time for their cousin Jared’s wedding. It was a long, long, looooong drive to North Carolina and back. (Insert city name here), we agreed, is the armpit of the devil. “No offense, devil.”
