I was joined by Eric tonight for some street photography. Eric left the house with 1% battery life on his camera (Fujifilmx100v). “Been there done that,” I assured him.

It was one of those nights when I just had to go out and shoot something, so a trip downtown was in order. Problem is, I’m uncomfortable with street photography. I mean, how would I convince a passing driver that my intentions are good, despite the fact that I’m sitting on a curb, in the dark, with a camera? Never again… until next time.

An early start in the morning means capturing great light, and the stillness of the water just adds to a peaceful scene near the bridges in Barrington, RI.
